Should I wear a size golf grip?

I have 15 years and drives the ball an average of between 230 to 280 (I know, is great) and I also affected. But I think about replacing my hands in my club. This is not to my driver, but my iron. Today is medium in size, but I think with handlebars enormous. I am thin and have hands that are 6 ", so if you are an expert in golf, please help me this. Thanks!
