All of these components are well respected and known as the best in the industry.

Customers may request changes in Grip, Grip size, Shaft Flex, and Club length with no additional charge. 

• Grip choices with no charge include Pro T Velvet-Men's, Pro T Velvet-Midsize, Pro T Velvet Women's, Buffed Wrap, Buffed Wrap Oversize, Standard Putter Grip, and Midsize Putter Grip.

• Grip choices with an additional small fee include Golfsmith Tour Wrap, Golfsmith Midsize Wrap, Golf Pride Tour Wrap, Golf Pride Tour Wrap Women's, Golf Pride Tour Wrap Midsize, Golf Pride Softie, and Winn Excel RF Black.  Premium Grip prices can be found in the "Grip Upgrade" section.

• Shaft Flexes vary by Shaft brand, but mostly come in Regular, Stiff, Senior, and Ladies.

• Standard lengths for clubs are listed on each item page.  This is a modified Callaway standard of measurement.

• For Irons, the Standard shaft is the Apollo STD Stainless Steel Shaft. 

• For Steel Wood drivers, the Standard shaft is the Apollo STD Stainless Steel shaft.

• For Titanium Wood drivers, the Standard shaft is the Mercury Performance Filament Wound Shaft.

• Shaft weights and torque information can be found in the "Shaft Upgrade" section.

• Mercury Performance Filament Wound Graphite shafts come in Clear Blue for Regular, Stiff, and Senior Flexes, and Clear Burgundy for the Ladies Flex.

Shipping Charges

Shipping prices are based on Ground service  Shipping rates are as follows:

• Up to $100.00, add $10.00
• $100.01 to $200.01, add $13.00
• Add $3.00 for each $100.00 over $200.00

  Since it takes time to make the clubs to your specifications, typical shipping time is 7-14 days. All international orders, please e-mail before ordering so we can get the shipping right.

Your satisfaction is my priority!

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your new set of clubs, I will gladly refund your money in full.  All refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of receipt to be considered valid.  I will accept some refunds after that provided the clubs have not been mistreated, and the clubs have not been used.   This will be done on a case-by-case basis.  Shipping will not be refunded unless it was determined that the clubs are defective as a result of workmanship.  Having a bad round of golf will not normally be reason enough to request a refund, but call me and we can discuss the matter in detail.  Should your clubs become damaged as a result of shipping, please contact the carrier for damage claim forms and reimbursement.
